Moves:
Recover- She wills the cells over wounded areas to multiply faster, effectively speeding up the recovery speed and eliminating scars and blemishes.
Aeroblast- With a flap of those mighty wings she sends a powerful gust of air at her enemy, often throwing the unfortunate soul flying.
Hydro Pump- A blast high pressured water is sent at her foe (secretly a water type).
Thunder- Controlling the conductivity of the air, she summons a wicked bolt of lightning to strike down on her enemy, sometimes leaving the foe paralyzed.
Extrasensory- In a sense, she sends a disabling wave of psychic energy at her opponent, often causing the subject to temporarily lose awareness of their own senses, leaving them unable to counter or dodge a follow-up attack.
Dragon Rush- An unexpected and merciless attack, often catching the foe off guard and causing them to flinch.

Ability: Pressure: Fighting a legendary is a terrifying experience, forcing her opponents to use twice the energy needed for each attack, all the while doing no more damage than would be considered normal.

Accessory: Surprisingly, despite her hoarding nature, she carries few things with her.
-You can be sure there is a hefty amount of gold and currency always on her person. Never know when the impulse to buy something would hit her.

Personality: A certain fox might summarize her as a stubborn, greedy idiot. While not far from the truth, there is a bit more to the Lugia.
Her greed and stubbornness go hand in hand; if she sees something she likes, she will no doubt insist it be added to her hoard.
The "idiot" part, however, is better described as unaware. Her morals are more than a little skewed, and the long periods of time she spends away from social contact are of no help when deciding on what the norm should be or how a proper person might behave. As it is, she can come off selfish, down right rude, or just plain mean.
She's even been known to rob or sink ships that come too close to her island, so please be careful navigating the seas.

Kai is straight forward with her words. Though she may sometimes sugarcoat, she will let you know of her opinion rather curtly. She is not shy, and rarely remorseful.

She is not without kindness, however, and easily accepts others, repaying gestures however they may be due. Although she can easily outlive most she would owe a dept to, she prefers to not have one hanging over head at all, paying her due as fast as possible.
To make life easy, it's a give and take relationship when dealing with Kai. Be kind to her, she will be kind to you.

She may sometimes appear sluggish in movement and thought due to long periods of rest. She'll sober up quickly enough in the right situation, or just go back to sleep altogether.

Talents:
- Kai is well versed in the ways of warfare. Tactical, political, just plain stupid; you name it, she's seen it. This gives her an advantage on the fighting field, and everyday life, allowing her to better predict her enemy and the environment around her.

- Having experience as both a pirate and a high class member, she is a top notch appraiser, able to identify the value of just about anything  with little more than a glance.

- Her psychic nature allows her to manipulate objects around her, to an extent. Allowing her to lift and move objects without touching them is handy, considering the state of her hands.

- The sky and sea are her natural friends, and she finds comfort and strength in both of them. While the water provides with a soothing chill, as well as cover from attacks, the sky offers similar protection with the bonus of electricity and storms.

- Affinity - Having a natural affinity for water, she can remain submerged for an extraordinary period of time. Her wings double as fins, allowing for easy and fast movement, all the while retaining the usual minimal-energy-exerted tactic that every bird enforces. She's been known to drown victims in the past, and her standing on the subject likely did not change throughout the years.
- Affinity - Master of storms and air currents, Kai is able to manipulate electricity and conductivity. The true extent of this has not been recorded, though rough seas and violent skies are to be expected. Don't upset Kai while in a body of water, it's very conductive.
- Affinity -  Magic - Gifted with quite a bit of confidence, the magic users with this affinity are granted with an ability boost to their moveset attacks temporarily, making them more powerful.

Weaknesses:
- Life has not been kind to the woman. Hard fought, her body is littered with scars. The abuse to her arms has taken the majority of her dexterity ability. She has trouble doing anything requiring precision or strength, leaving her unable to work any handheld weapons or enjoy tasks as knitting.

- Kai has met a great deal of people in her life, and she is no longer able to remember names or faces very well.

- Long hair is a definite disadvantage in battle, and an easy way for someone to disable her (not without a beating, though).

- No longer as mentally stable as she was in her younger years, Kai is weak to the power of suggestion and other phyche-based attacks. Her natural type-given resistance prevents her from falling under control of others or reeling in much damage, but the power of words holds more influence. With this in mind, ghosts and those from a darker element hold some advantage over her, as she will be unable to discern reality from illusion.

- Having control over lightning, to an extent, does not protect her from such attacks, however. Her type-weakness persists.

Background: Very little is known to the public of her past or origins. There are rumors and tales of the Lugia going further back than even Aalem el-Amin, the leader and (likely) founder of Sihir.

One of the better told tales was one of Agwa's founding; the fledgling country had only been beginning to organist itself, setting up territories and laws under a well respected counsel. The cluster of islands making up the country was prone to pirating, and it was in fact a pirate that had begun to bring the people together to create Agwa.

It was here where Kai was caught up, quite literally. Honest fishermen, doing their job of bringing in a daily supply of fish when their ship took an unexpected turn. Again, literally. In their net they caught the Lugia off guard, idly floating in the sea. Absolutely livid, an in no way ready to be social in any form, another mysterious ship wreck was in the making. A quick-tongued fisherman was all that saved their booties, offering up the small haul of valuables the ship contained for safe voyage. Begrudgingly, the offer was accepted, and the ship was protected from pirates and bad weather alike until it docked.

From there on, she became a sort of mercenary, sometimes doing odd jobs here and there if the price fancied her enough. As her reputation grew, so did the value of her customers. Eventually, she became known as one Agwa's allies, and the counsel proudly threw around the name as an intimidation tactic. Kai decided that if they truly needed to use her name to get what they want, then the land might as well be hers to begin with. Claiming the Agwa islands as her territory, reining over the people as a monarch. The counsel fought back, but to no avail. Her reputation had the people weary of rebelling, while others had looked up to her altogether. They stood powerless before her.

Kai's zealous desire for treasure and other valuables spread throughout the land. The already pirate-infested country hit a new high point; the pillaging had been controlled by the new ruler, forcing more exploration and the discovery and creation of new valuables.

Her presence diminished overtime, but her influence over the people remained. Unwritten and written laws alike were followed, and crime (not including petty thievery) was kept to a minimum. As it stands, Agwa remains a place for thieves, and honest fold alike.

As such, the earliest known appearance of the Lugia is told. There is more to her story, and she speaks little of it.
What has been disclosed:
She was born to a somewhat wealthy family; more of a warrior class, really. She and her brother spend their childhood happy and ignorant of the world, all the while the threat of war was increasing. She had, at some point, been sent to another home. The new residance was hardly kind to her, and she, having been taught that those with power over you are to be obeyed, foolishly accepted this. War did break out, eventually, and each had to pick their side. The Lugia's power was recognized, and she was sent out to represent and destroy. Kai met her brother on the battlefield, unbeknownst to her, as he was on the opposing side. The man fell, eventually, by her own hand, at which point Kai ended her role in the battle.

More than a bit broken, and angry at the world, she disappeared from sight for many years. It is during this time that she began her hoarding obsession, replacing the need for social contact and trust-based relationships with pretty and rare objects. It is, perhaps, because of this that she strays towards quality furs, as they bring a sort of comfort found only in other beings.

Throughout the years she appeared here and there, never staying in sight much until Agwa's rising.

Other:
- Each encounter with Aalem seems to end in misfortune for Kai, and a ruined day for the fox.
- One of the few redeeming qualities between Aalem and Kai was their business relationship. Agwa is a rich country, and Sihir knows how to plays its cards right.
- Her English is flawed, and she tends to speak in third person.
- Few dare to approach the King's Nest. Even fewer actually make it; Aalem is the only visitor which comes and goes as he pleases.
- Lauc is currently a mountain of riches in debt to Kai.
- White and dirt do not mix well.
- Her age will forever be a mystery; even she no longer remembers when it all began for her.
- Although she has been more social lately, extended periods during which no one sees or hears anything from her are to be expected. It's a wonder Agwa is still running.
